Experienced Activation Specialist
For our activation department, we are looking for you (by arrangement) for a workload of 60% - 80%.
The SONNHALDE in Grünigen is an innovative company that belongs to the companies of Peter di Gallo AG. Our nursing and care center with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care has around 300 beds, spread over 14 wards with a total of 320 employees

Your tasks include:
- Planning and conducting resource-oriented group activities in various activating areas
- Leading groups: e.g. studio, cooking, exercise, newspaper group
- Planning and conducting excursions & events for residents
- 2-3 shifts per year on weekends
- Generating creative studio projects
You bring with you:
- Training as an activation specialist or a comparable qualification in the field of activation
- Experience working with mentally impaired people
- Empathy, teamwork skills, and joy in creative design
- Flexibility & resilience & organizational skills
- Independent working style
