We are strengthening our team with a RESERVATION STAFF (m/f/d)
Your tasks- Processing incoming vacation requests & reservations by mail & phone & creating offers & confirmations
- Warm & professional vacation consulting
- Active sale of additional services & upgrades etc.
- Confident handling of reservation systems such as Protel & ReGuest (experience is an advantage)
- Maintenance & management of guest data
- Clear communication with other departments to ensure smooth guest care processes
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel industry
- Several years of professional experience in 4*/5* hotels in a comparable position is an advantage
- Structured & independent working style with high service & detail orientation
- Enjoyment of telephone guest care with confident & friendly demeanor
- Resilience in stressful situations & solution-oriented work
- Sales-oriented thinking, enthusiasm for active selling & love for the profession
- Willingness to jointly develop quality standards & for personal further training
- Quick comprehension
- Neat appearance
- Very good German & English skills, additional languages are an advantage
