Tasks
At our desk in the Operations Center, you will advise our crews on questions regarding the electronic tools that SWISS provides to its crews as work devices. You diagnose problems on site and help ensure smooth operation of the devices and applications.
- Advice and support for crew members with any problems that arise
- Receiving and processing hardware and software issues and initiating corrections or escalation procedures
- Creating the required documentation
- Ensuring trouble-free operation, possibly solving operational problems in cooperation with internal and external service partners
- Supporting the further development of devices and applications
- Assisting with updating the onboard documentation in the aircraft

Requirements
- Desired workload: A 100% workload is preferred for this position
- Basic education / schools: High school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial, or business school or 3-year apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Knowledge of tablets and applications (Apple and Microsoft) and ideally experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Flair for new technologies and IT trends
- Friendliness, strong customer orientation, empathy, and patience even in hectic situations
- Ability to explain technical contexts simply and understandably
- Enjoy solving problems
- Ability to independently acquire technical knowledge
- Good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Driver's license category B
- Impeccable reputation for the issuance of an airport ID
