This is what your daily routine looks like

• As a committed individual, you take on shift responsibility for 24 residents during the day and late shifts and perform basic and treatment nursing activities according to individual needs. You perceive changes in residents and act independently and professionally. 
  
• You accompany and support our residents in their daily activities and maintain an interaction consistent with our mission statement, both with residents as well as relatives and all employees.
  
• The nursing services are systematically documented in CareCoach to ensure transparent and seamless traceability.
• You are professionally supported in your actions by the team leader and the specialist responsible for nursing.

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) and preferably already have professional experience in long-term care.
• You are an empathetic, helpful, and committed person who is accustomed to responsible, independent as well as team-oriented work.

• You meet the residents at eye level, and working with elderly people enriches your daily life and brings you joy.
