To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

F&B Supervisor 100% (m/f/d) starting March 2026 or by arrangement

What to expect

• Management of daily operations in the restaurant and ensuring smooth processes
• Responsibility for the team during your shifts and close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and their deputy
• Assistance with staff planning using Mirus 3.0, preparing daily closings, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards
• Conducting small training sessions to strengthen the team and implement operational policies

What you bring

• Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or a degree from a hotel management school
• Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphony
• Experience in upscale hotel operations and room service
• Fluent German and English skills; any additional foreign language is a plus
• Responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a pronounced quality awareness
• Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, joy in staff leadership, and a winning appearance
