Two positions are available:
- 1 position based in our branch
- 1 position based in our branch + a morning shift in a parking lodge
Your tasks:
- Support operational managers in various administrative aspects
- Financial analysis in support of the operational director
- Check and account for debtor and creditor invoices, as well as follow-up on reminders
- Creation of offers and invoices
- Assistance in organizing and monitoring vacation replacements for cleaning staff
- Weekly entry and monitoring of hours for one or more teams in the software
- Ordering materials, products, and services
- Processing/coding of creditor invoices
- Specific administrative tasks related to local and national clients
- Ensure various administrative tasks inherent to the role
- Correspondence with suppliers (invoice returns, document requests, etc.)
- Answer the phone and welcome office visitors
- Reception backup
Your profile:
- Commercial training or similar experience (CFC, commercial maturity, etc.)
- Proficiency in French, English, and German, B2 level required
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office)
- Skills for accurate written transcription and formulation of information
- Trustworthy, versatile, and autonomous person
- Helpful, strong customer orientation
- Flexible, available
- Knowledge and/or experience in the service sector (an asset)
