• You gather specialist requirements from internal and external partners, structure complex topics, and prepare decision-making bases.
• You create clarity and clean coordination between departments and actors such as process engineers and parameterisers.
• You keep the long-term system documentation up to date and comprehensible.
• You collect, review, and document specialist use cases and develop solution variants that are convincing both conceptually and practically.
• You further develop the core processes in the service area and the eClaim+ invoice verification rule set, combining automation, cost-effectiveness, and legal requirements.

• Advanced training or degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in business analysis as well as in the claims processing of a health insurance company
• Solid Syrius knowledge – especially in claims billing and with the eClaim+ rule set
• Experience with agile methods and confidence in working with Scrum teams
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
