During your three-year training, you will be introduced step by step to the diverse tasks of a cook.

This includes:

• Preparation of fresh and high-quality dishes for our demanding guests
• Learning the basics of classical and modern cooking techniques
• Handling first-class regional and international ingredients
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of menus and buffets
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and quality standards
• Close collaboration with experienced kitchen professionals who will accompany and support you on your path
