International Event & Administration Assistant 80-100%

Job Description

In this position, you will play an important supportive role for the International Product Operations (IPO - Marketing) Department and support the Lead of International Events & Administration. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative support in graphic design in digital and marketing communication
  • Support all aspects of event management from planning to execution and post-event follow-up activities
  • Maintain the marketing material inventory platform, organize shipments of materials, administer and maintain the surgeon locator platform, manage the department email inbox
  • Assistance in travel arrangements, visas and admin support for sales team
  • Participate in in-person events and travel related to events approx. 3-4x per year at European Congress, various regional training events as needed

Your profile

  • Completed commercial education (or similar) as well as first experience within a comparable role. Experience in event marketing is desirable.
  • Excellent English skills (both spoken and written) are a must. Good German/French skills preferable. Other languages are a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills required, especially with MS Office/internet. Graphic skills are desirable.
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under time pressure
  • Reliable, open-minded and flexible personality with strong communication skills
  • Independent, well-organized and structured work approach
