International Event & Administration Assistant 80-100%
Job Description
In this position, you will play an important supportive role for the International Product Operations (IPO - Marketing) Department and support the Lead of International Events & Administration. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Administrative support in graphic design in digital and marketing communication
- Support all aspects of event management from planning to execution and post-event follow-up activities
- Maintain the marketing material inventory platform, organize shipments of materials, administer and maintain the surgeon locator platform, manage the department email inbox
- Assistance in travel arrangements, visas and admin support for sales team
- Participate in in-person events and travel related to events approx. 3-4x per year at European Congress, various regional training events as needed
Your profile
- Completed commercial education (or similar) as well as first experience within a comparable role. Experience in event marketing is desirable.
- Excellent English skills (both spoken and written) are a must. Good German/French skills preferable. Other languages are a plus.
- Advanced computer skills required, especially with MS Office/internet. Graphic skills are desirable.
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under time pressure
- Reliable, open-minded and flexible personality with strong communication skills
- Independent, well-organized and structured work approach
