- Operation and maintenance of construction machinery (wheel loaders, dumpers, excavators, dozers)
- Extraction and processing of gravel material
- Material management and feeding of the plants
- Participation in gravel extraction including site design
- Participation in landfill operations (installation, compaction, control)
- Flexible deployment to cover for machine operators during holidays and absences
- Support of various work areas within production
- Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work on machines and plants
- Compliance with safety, environmental and quality regulations

- Completed training in construction or several years of experience as a construction machine operator
- Experience in gravel works, quarries or landfill operations is an advantage
- Versatile machine experience and willingness to operate various plants
- High flexibility and commitment
- Technical understanding and independent working style
- Reliability, teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Driving licence category B (additional categories advantageous)
