These are your tasks
- Define, implement and continuously improve ICT service processes (e.g. incident, problem and change management) in a multi-service provider environment according to ITIL
- Define specifications and processes for the provision of IT services
- Advise, support and train managers and specialist departments in process management
- Model processes according to BPMN 2.0
- Further develop and control KPIs and SLAs as well as ensure service quality
- Analyse and optimise existing workflows to increase efficiency and automation
- Participate in or lead projects in the area of IT service management and process optimisation
This is what sets you apart
- Training as an IT specialist or media technician EFZ, degree in computer science or business informatics at HF/FH level or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT service management
- Sound knowledge of ITIL (certification an advantage) as well as process management
- Good understanding of business contexts
- Independent, analytical, structured and quality-oriented way of working
- Proactive personality with the ability to drive topics forward and align different stakeholders towards common goals
- High service orientation and social skills as well as enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
- Clear and precise communication skills in German (spoken and written)
