For our client, an international company based in Untersiggenthal, we are looking for an Function Project Manager (m/f/d).
The Project Manager Cyber Security will be a key leader, responsible for coordinating comprehensive cyber security initiatives and ensuring full compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) for the Medium Voltage (MV) Drives business line. This role is crucial for establishing cyber resilience, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving the implementation of necessary standards and processes across the organization.

Your responsibilities:

CRA Compliance Leadership: Coordinate all activities across the entire organization related to the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) to ensure that MV Drive products achieve and maintain compliance with the standard.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Align closely with internal stakeholders across R&D, Engineering, Customer Support, Service, and Product Management to achieve the required cyber security standards and compliance objectives.

Process Implementation: Implement and adapt internal processes, documentation, and workflows to ensure ongoing adherence to the Cyber Resilience Act requirements.

Vulnerability Management: Establish a robust vulnerability management and reporting process to proactively address and mitigate product security risks.

Documentation Oversight: Ensure that all required technical and compliance documentation is created, rigorously maintained, and readily available for audit purposes.

Global Coordination: Align project activities with the broader Motion High Power Division's global cyber security and compliance initiatives.

Project Management & Finance: Oversee financial matters related to the initiatives and ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and financial implications throughout the process.
Your qualifications:

Experience: Several years of proven experience in project management or in a leadership role coordinating technical teams.

Education: A University degree in Engineering, Science, or a closely related technical field.

Cyber Security Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of cyber security processes and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., CRA).

Collaboration & Communication: Strong collaboration skills in a multi-site and multi-functional environment, coupled with fluent written and spoken English and solid communication skills.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and drive complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and diverse cross-functional teams.

Advantageous: Familiarity with drive systems and industrial settings is a significant advantage.
