- Training as an electrical installer EFZ or mechatronics technician EFZ, "ESTI connection permit" is an advantage
- Experience as a service technician and knowledge in the electrical field
- Native German speaker, French is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience in the household appliance sector is an advantage
- You are independent, flexible, communicative, and team-oriented
- You show initiative and have customer-oriented thinking
- You have a neat appearance and are not afraid to approach people
- Ideal age: 25 – 50 years
- Acceptance of service orders
- Carrying out repairs and installations (external/workshop)
- Modification of devices and issuing technical instructions/information to our customers
