To strengthen our Big Data & Cybersecurity team in Zurich we are looking for an Operational Security Officer - OSO (m/f/d).

Tasks

In this role, you will be in the governance role @Atos CH. You will guide the infrastructure and project leaders regarding all security and risk questions together with your CISO. You will implement security based on Corporate and local CH guidelines and policies. This will require close cooperation with the local infrastructure and project teams. You will also deal with the global security team to assure full compliancy of Atos CH with Atos Corporate.

Your main responsibilities are


  • Applying contractual and regulatory obligations in Atos CH

  • Improving the present cybersecurity measures with the latest advanced technologies in all our projects

  • Be an ambassador in security awareness, provide technical advice and training for your colleagues

  • Develop, monitor, and report security KPI’s to continuously improve operations

  • Be a part of our CSIRT-Team for 1LoD actions

Profile

  • You successfully completed your Bachelor or Master degree from a technical university with focus on Information & Technology

  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience working as System Engineer or in a IT-Cyber Security role

  • You have a CISSP, CISM or similar security certification or are willing to get one

  • The following terms are not unknown to you: ISO 27001 ISMS, NIST, CIS, PII, GDPR

  • You are willing to learn the operation of security tools like SIEM, vulnerability- & patch-management, compliance-management

  • You have a sound knowledge of operating systems and network-architecture

  • You have or are willing to undergo the Swiss security clearance PSP 11 (Personen-Sicherheitsprüfung)

  • You are able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, suppliers and third parties, on a day-to-day basis. This communication will include face-to-face meetings, teleconferencing and presentations

  • You show a positive attitude, and you enjoy making a positive impact on the team and understand how to drive best results from multicultural teams

  • You communicate business fluent in English and German, any other language is an asset

  • You are or you aim to become the Security-Guru
