• You are responsible for the personnel and professional management as well as the further development of the career counseling team with seven specialists. You provide orientation, ensure quality and processes, and actively shape collaboration
• Independent casework with young people and adults with health limitations around education and professional integration
• Collaboration and coordination with partners from education, labor market, medicine and therapy, social services, authorities, and social insurances
• Implementation of legal requirements and quality assurance, including reports and orders
• Co-design of a future-oriented IV career counseling and support of the department management in interface tasks

• Degree in psychology, social work, or comparable education
• Leadership experience with corresponding further training
• Further training in career, study, and career counseling and social insurance law is an advantage
• Enjoy working with insured persons with complex health limitations
• Resilient, open and transparent communication
• Assertiveness, empathy, and humor
• Driver's license category B and own car are an advantage
