- Independent handling of debt collections until full payment or bankruptcy, including submission of legal openings and lawsuits (Occupational Benefits)
- Preparation of claims submissions to bankruptcy offices, submission of claims to the BVG Security Fund, as well as processing of unemployment insurance statements
- Versatile written and telephone customer contacts including individual solution finding in case of financial bottlenecks
- Interface function with BVG administration, accounting, as well as external bodies such as debt collection offices, bankruptcy offices, and courts
- Assistance in the ongoing optimization of processes and taking on exciting additional tasks

- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic education
- Excellent German skills as well as good French and/or Italian skills
- Experience in debt collection and/or occupational benefits area
- Reliable, resilient, and open personality with a positive team spirit
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact, and good communication skills
- Committed team player with a good sense of humor
