Your work:
• You enjoy caring for and accompanying elderly people
• You support elderly people with personal hygiene, eating, and help with daily activities
• You carry out medical-technical, nursing, housekeeping, and logistical tasks professionally

• You are interested in people and their individual care and support
• You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, careful, and resilient
• You have empathy and patience
Your training:
• The FaGe training lasts 3 years and is completed with a Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ)
• In addition to training at the company, you attend vocational school and inter-company courses

• Varied and interesting activities in a competent team
• One learning support day per month at the company with the trainer
• Free lunch for apprentices
