Responsibility for leading and further developing the Reception & Cash Desk team in Zurich; promoting a positive, cooperative, and service-oriented work environment as well as ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient processes
Ensuring excellent service quality for external customers and internal stakeholders by implementing and continuously developing clear standards regarding service, quality, and professionalism
Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, processes, risk and security requirements, as well as banking standards in all activities at the reception and cash desk
Promoting the development of team members through constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth
Actively promoting cross-departmental collaboration to share best practices and coordinate processes as well as quality and performance standards
Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience at reception, cash desk, or in a comparable customer-facing role in the banking or financial services environment
Proven leadership skills with a practical, supportive leadership style as well as strong customer and service orientation
Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages (e.g., French or Italian) are an advantage
Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as the ability to prioritize and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, yet independent, precise, and reliable working style
High flexibility, resilience, discretion, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
