IWS Cell Lead (m/f/d)

Actively shape the future of our production.

In this responsible role, you lead an IWS cell and make a central contribution to continuous improvement in the production area. You lead a team of around 25 employees – including production staff, mechanics, team leaders as well as process and maintenance managers – and support the further development of our corporate culture.

Your tasks

As IWS Cell Lead (m/f/d), you take on diverse and responsible tasks:

• Responsibility for results and performance of the production cell in 24-hour operation
• Coaching and leading the teams within the cell organization; actively promoting a zero-loss mentality
• Increasing the performance and efficiency of the systems through consistent use of run-to-target systems (RTT)
• Leading daily management routines (Daily Direction Settings, DDS) as well as other continuous improvement processes
• Ensuring all safety standards and actively identifying and eliminating unsafe behaviors
• Creating quarterly plans and setting goals for the cell
• Further developing the technical skills, motivation, and collaboration of employees through training and knowledge sharing

Your profile

• Technical or business education (HF/FH preferred) or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience and further training
• Several years of experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Proven leadership experience in a production environment (e.g., team/shift leadership, deputy, etc.)
• Experience with IWS, KAIZEN, TPM, Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage
• Efficient, reliable, and practical working style; high willingness to actively tackle challenges and go the extra mile if necessary; very quick comprehension as well as empathetic and clear communication
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least communicative language skills); basic English skills required
