Energie Belp is the regional partner for electricity, water, heat, and communication. It plans, develops, installs, and operates the necessary infrastructure using the latest technology. In addition to the basic supply for around 12,000 inhabitants of Belp, Energie Belp also provides comprehensive services for utility companies and businesses.

Your role

You are the first point of contact for our customers. With your sensitivity to people, you quickly recognize their needs, advise competently, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and reliable manner – personally, by phone, or by email. You are responsible for the appealing design of our shop and ensure that it is always clean, tidy, and invitingly presented.

Your tasks

• You welcome our customers with a smile and an open ear – friendly, calm, and competent
• You represent our company with your confident demeanor and positive charisma
• Initial consultation of our customers on all channels
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail (including mail delivery and internal triage)
• You coordinate appointments and processes between customer service, technical department, and administration, ensuring smooth information flow
• You are responsible for the attractive and well-maintained presentation of our shop

Your profile

• You enjoy contact with people and have a fine sense for different characters
• You have experience in customer service or a guest-oriented role and enjoy warmly and professionally welcoming and advising our customers
• You acquire new knowledge independently and work closely with the specialist departments to competently and comprehensively handle customer concerns
• You have very good oral and written German skills and communicate clearly and understandably
• You are characterized by organizational talent and pronounced coordination skills
• A technical flair for topics such as telecommunications, water, and heat is a plus
• You remain calm, solution-oriented, and focused even in hectic situations
• A neat, authentic appearance and a strong sense of responsibility distinguish you.
