- Support the Head of Security, Safety & Health in all areas of activity
- Assist in planning and conducting training and courses in the areas of safety, occupational health, and health
- Accompany and conduct internal audits, as well as follow up on resulting measures
- Actively participate in the implementation of the 10-point ASA system
- You are the contact person for safety-related topics in the operational departments and support employees in daily handling of fire protection, safety, and health issues
- Irregular working hours and weekend duties as part of events or special guest situations are part of the job
Your profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or safety-related field
- Experience in the field of physical security
- Willingness to undergo training as a safety officer (SiBe) as well as topics related to occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good organizational and administrative skills and enjoyment of working with various departments
- You keep a cool head even in demanding situations and act calmly and professionally
- Confident handling of MS Office; experience with access or locking systems is an advantage
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, good oral English skills
