Together with your team, you create a warm, cool gastronomy experience – from the terrace to the event evening.
- You take responsibility for the smooth operation in the kitchen – together with the head chef
- You prepare fresh dishes, present them with passion, and impress with front cooking in the free-flow area
- You ensure a high service standard, a neat appearance, and a positive atmosphere in the guest area
- You actively contribute to the kitchen team with commitment, team spirit, and a winning personality
- You assist with cleaning and tidying tasks in the kitchen and front area to keep everything running smoothly
- Completed chef apprenticeship EFZ and first experience in a leadership position
- Experience in the a-la-carte area and joy in high-quality preparation
- Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Passion for the cooking profession, enjoyment of guest contact, and a winning and open personality

At the Businesspark Konnex in Baden, our host team will delight 400-500 guests daily from February 2026 at the reopening of the Nexus restaurant with 12 employees. The modern gastronomy concept includes a versatile urban fresh kitchen with 4 front cooking stations, one culinary highlight follows another! Delicacies from all over the world authentically prepared up to classics and grand pièces, freshly carved and served with pleasure. The inviting Italian café bar invites you to linger comfortably. Latte art, a large snack selection, and finest pastries prepared with much warmth provide the perfect setting for breaks or a business meeting. The in-house catering for meetings and events as well as attractive themed events complete the gastronomic offer.
