About the job

• Support the head of study program in organizing the study operations (e.g. semester planning, room coordination, budget management, exams, internal processes)
• Support teaching and serve as a contact point for students, lecturers, and guests in everyday university life
• Contribute to communication and public relations (graphic design, social media)
• Participate in planning and conducting events such as exhibitions, information days, excursions
• Take on own projects and tasks in teaching
• Coordinate and assist in maintaining spatial, technical, and digital infrastructure

• Completed MA degree in Animation, Games, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Audio-Visual Design, or another animation-related field
• Passion for animated film
• Strong communication skills and social competence
• Knowledge in graphics and image editing
• Very good knowledge of German and English (teaching in English)
• Interest in project management and organization
• Interest in further qualification in the field of higher education teaching

• A fixed-term position initially for three years, with the possibility of extension to five years
