The SI Buildings Academy is responsible for the professional training and further education of around 1500 employees in Switzerland. We offer a diverse range of training both on-site and online and support the organisation with sound expertise and varied training.

Your new tasks

• Analysis and optimisation of internal documentation and processes
• Optimisation of data foundations in the area of training and learning and skills management
• Supportive project management in the introduction of the new Learning Management System
• Accompanying nationwide rollouts of global training measures
• Support with measures and projects around the Academy and the area of organisational development
• Administrative support, planning and organisation of training sessions, conferences and workshops

Your talents and experience

• You are enrolled at a university of applied sciences or university in the field of human resources, business informatics or business administration
• You have an interest in digitalisation topics, AI tools, Learning Management Systems
• You are very familiar with Microsoft 365
• You have good analytical skills and work in a structured and independent manner
• You are characterised by flexibility, IT affinity, initiative, team and communication skills as well as quality orientation
• Negotiation-level German skills (C2) are mandatory and French skills are an advantage
