Your tasks
- Supporting residents in their daily lives and personal skills development
- Designing and implementing the internal daily structure and leisure activities
- Co-responsibility for all materials, furniture and equipment and their management
Your profile
- Interest and openness to working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to respond empathetically to constantly changing situations and personalities
- Experience in the social sector (including voluntary work) is an advantage
