We are looking for a reliable personality to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Processing and coordination of preliminary examination submissions as well as building applications; support in design plan procedures in cooperation with internal and external specialist offices and experts as well as support in building police tasks
• Providing information on planning and building law matters
• Processing and managing pending matters in the building permit system (especially building control and building realization)
• Writing decisions, protocols, reports and decision bases as well as general correspondence in planning and construction
• Ensuring current and correct data bases in the building permit and object system
• General secretarial tasks (including customer service) and assistance in other matters of the construction department
• Participation in the practical training of apprentices
• Possibility to take over the deputy management of the construction department

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or further education or training as a draftsman EFZ, specializing in architecture
• Professional experience in public administration or municipal construction is an advantage, or willingness to complete the construction module HSLU
• Practical image course or interest in completing it
• Fluency in oral and written expression
• Independent, reliable, careful and efficient working style
• High social and communication skills
• Resilient, motivated and flexible personality as well as a sense for networked thinking and acting
• Open and friendly appearance
