HR Assistant 80-100%

?The Kusnacht Practice has an opening for an HR Assistant 80-100%. We are looking for someone who is driven and enjoys actively helping to develop the HR department to provide the best possible experience for our employees and candidates. You should be very service and detail oriented, proactive and have excellent organisation skills. Excellent English skills are a must, plus either German or French. As you will be actively involved in recruitment, we are looking for an outgoing personality who has an ease with personal contact, in person or on the phone and is proactive with employees.

 

Your Responsibilities 
  • Contact person for HR questions from employees
  • Administrative handling of all tasks along the employee life cycle
  • Recruiting and overall applicant management in the HR software
  • Support with the preparation of the monthly payroll
  • Active participation in the organisation, implementation and further development of HR processes and in HR projects

 

You are/have
  • Completed commercial training
  • Further training in HR e.g., as human resources assistant
  • 1- 2 years of professional experience in HR administration, experience with recruiting a big plus
  • Excellent language skills in English (min. C1), plus fluent in either German or French; any other language an asset
  • Great organisational skills with strong attention to details
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of stress resistance in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in MS-Office suite
  • Enthusiastic and proactive personality with high social competence and a strong service orientation
  • Strong self-discipline and work ethic, willingness to go the extra mile, absolute confidentiality is a must
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland (CH-Nationality or EU/EFTA Citizenship)
