Your tasks
- You define the product roadmap and maintain the backlog for applications in the SCM area, focusing on the procurement and invoice processing system "Coupa"
- You lead agile initiatives, projects, and subprojects up to go-live and also take on tasks in specification, configuration, and testing
- You describe requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories in collaboration with business analysis and external partners
- You plan and develop the digital transformation in the SCM area and set priorities together with purchasing and stakeholders
- You support the resolution of technical problems together with application management
- You create documentation and reports for operation and maintenance
Your profile
- You have a university degree in engineering, business informatics, or business and bring digital experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role and are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe (certification is an advantage)
- You possess in-depth knowledge of design thinking, moderation, and self-organization
- Ideally, you have experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, or invoice processing
- You are proficient in requirement engineering and writing user stories (ideally with Jira/Confluence)
- You drive user-oriented product and service innovations forward
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
