You provide support to colleagues in the field as well as to judicial authorities by offering advice, expertise, or training in the field of digital investigation.You implement technical surveillance means within the framework of judicial procedures or during urgent searches.
Finally, you contribute to the development of software or hardware solutions for the internal needs of the unit.
In this role, you provide on-call services, involving irregular hours, including weekends.
Desired profile :You hold a master's degree in computer science, communication systems, embedded computing, digital investigation, or an equivalent qualification. Your expertise in IP networks, embedded computing, electronics, or software development is an asset.You are a Swiss citizen or hold a C permit, have a driving license (cat. B), a clean criminal record, and reside in Switzerland. Your place of residence allows you to reach the canton of Neuchâtel within 30 minutes during your on-call duties.
If you do not yet have the federal police certificate, you are willing to attend certain modules offered by the Interregional Police Training Center (CIFPol) in Colombier.
