With a lot of commitment and passion, you actively contribute to the success of the blue Cinema cinemas in Zurich. You are ready to work shifts in the other three cinemas in the city of Zurich and support the operations management in ensuring a smooth process and actively participate in the operation. You gladly take on responsibility and appreciate working on weekends and public holidays.
After a thorough training phase, you will be able to contribute your energetic support to our operation according to the deployment plan.

• Support of operations management in organizing events, coordinating processes, and planning employee deployment
• Planning and introduction of new employees according to specified guidelines
• Training and coaching the team to ensure the highest service quality and optimal customer care
• Leading and coordinating the team as well as actively participating in daily business
• Ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the product range as well as food intolerances
• Support in recruitment
• Compliance with and assurance of hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as guidelines for the sale of alcoholic beverages according to Swiss food regulations
• Organization, monitoring, and control of inventory management (inventory, ordering, etc.)
• Ensuring correct bookings of goods incoming and outgoing as well as correct product declaration
• Control of proper handling of the cash register balance and settlements

• You have successfully completed vocational training or have proven professional experience in the gastronomy, hotel, service, or cinema industry
• You have a high service orientation and are willing to work evenings and weekends, as we serve our guests 7 days a week
• You convince your counterpart with your target-group-appropriate communication and excellent German skills (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• With your positive charisma, good manners, and high social competence, you inspire our guests and employees every day anew
• You are authentic and lead by example in what you expect from others
• We can rely on your independent, service-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working
• You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of new things
