Your main daily tasks include:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines (passivation system, electropolishing system, Dürr, HAMO, manual system)
- Processing the work order according to QS guidelines and work documents
- Adhering to maintenance and cleaning schedules depending on the machine type Timely and proper processing according to production orders, test instructions, procedure instructions and drawings
- Cleaning the workplace, performing simple maintenance work on machines
- Performing in-process inspections according to Q documents
- Correct and complete filling out of production documents according to GDP
- Assisting with improvements in the areas of processes, fixtures, documents, and continuous improvement process Knowing and following guidelines regarding code of conduct, ethics and compliance programs, and other relevant regulations
Area of activity:
- Surface finishing (deburring, blasting, electropolishing, passivating)
- Performing component inspection visually and with measuring instruments
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship or training
- Flexible, team-oriented, resilient even in hectic times
- Clean and precise working method
- Proficient in computer applications You are a motivated, independent, and approachable personality who enjoys communicating with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift operation)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
