Marketing, Communication & Community Coordinator DACH (m/f/d)

Job description:

Marketing, Communication & Community Coordinator DACH (m/f/d)
Manage communication and MKT activities for SPS (Syngenta Professional Solutions) in the DACH region. In collaboration with DACH SPS Business manager, develop the campaign plans. Develop digital and non-digital communication to drive business growth together with SPS DACH team and EAME colleagues.

Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt 2-year communication plan 
- Create brochure, flyers, advertisements, and newsletters
- Support App launches, act as technical expert to train team members when new app creation
- Manage the SPS DACH Websites (articles, pictures, updates)
- Manage Google and Facebook advertisements
- Community manager: manage current social media channels (e.g., FB, Instagram), explore, and launch additional new opportunities (Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Blog)
- SFDC support team (rebates, new customers)
- Lead the planning, organizing and execution of exhibitions

Required profile:

Requirements:
- Experience in marketing support (development of digital and non-digital material and execution of activities)
- Passion for digital marketing and content creation (e.g., videos)
- Strong German skills (verbal and written) and fluent in English. French would be a big plus
- Knowledge in the marketing principles
- Curiosity and passion for understanding customer needs, campaign processes and digital marketing
- Broad communication (written and verbal) and networking capabilities, storyteller 
- Capability to drive the development of customer focused storytelling based on customer insights, technical and commercial content. 
- Writing - skilled writer deliver strong messages 
- Strong computer/ digital skills - Knowledge of Youtube, Facebook, Drupal, Salesforce.com, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- Autonomy and initiative, as well as team spirit 
- Flexibility, solution-oriented and creative thinking 
- Good organizational and planning skills (ability to work on multiple projects at one time)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Life-long learner
