Due to a succession arrangement, the position of Clerk / Officer Department of Presidential Affairs and HR (45%) is to be filled in the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Schwyz District as of January 1, 2026, or by agreement. In this versatile and responsible position, you will support the district clerk in administrative and organizational matters. In addition, you will take on tasks in human resources and participate in cross-departmental projects. You are a committed, reliable, and service-oriented personality who enjoys a varied field of activity between administration, HR, and organization. Your tasks at a glance: Support of the district clerk in administrative, organizational, and protocol tasks HR clerical work: personnel administration, contract management, personnel files, time and absence control, health management Organization and coordination of events (pilgrimages, team events, personnel events, district communities, etc.) Maintenance of the homepage and processing of central e-mail addresses Participation in projects, messages, administrative reports, and annual planning Minute-taking and correspondence for commissions and internal committees You bring: Commercial basic training Further training as an HR assistant or equivalent qualification Professional experience in an assistant function and in human resources Very good German skills in spoken and written form Proficient use of MS Office and modern administrative systems (ideally CMI, Abacus) Organizational skills, discretion, and a precise, structured way of working We offer: A responsible, varied activity with scope for design A collegial, appreciative working environment Contemporary employment conditions and flexible working hours The opportunity to actively contribute to projects and HR topics
