The Raiffeisen Owner Committees' office ensures the exchange of opinions between the various owner committees and the bodies of Raiffeisen Switzerland. We take care of meeting management (planning, organization, preparation, execution, follow-up), topic management (triage, topic preparation, professional advice, motions), as well as project management for projects of the owner organization.
To strengthen our team at the locations Bern, St. Gallen or Zurich Airport (The Circle) with the possibility of home office, we are looking for a flexible and interested personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
- Participation in meeting management (event technology/logistics / documentation / minute-taking)
- Independent topic management (professional preparation / handling)
- Participation in the conception and implementation of communication measures (platforms / events / presentations / newsletters)
- Independent translation of smaller texts as well as coordination with translators for larger projects
- Commercial training, possibly with business or legal further education (also re-entering or alongside studies)
- Professional experience in the Raiffeisen Group with knowledge and experience in retail banking
- Proficient in handling MS Office programs and open to new, digital communication forms
- Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of another national language (FR or IT) are required
- Willingness for occasional engagement throughout Switzerland
