Missions
The Consultant is in charge of realizing Consulting missions for Internal, Group, External Clients or Prospects. She/he is responsible of providing expertise on her/his domains such as analysis, process analysis, deployment of tools (may include parametrization and training), Bank onboarding assistance, system configurations, system testing and UAT support management or client support.
Analysis, development and evaluation activities:
- Analysis of the client’s business and consulting mission needs
- Realize analysis for process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model definition
- Analyse Bank Products and Services offers and mapping with Azqore offer
- Analyse Department activities and HR impacts
- Analyse cross-selling opportunities and Group synergies
- Write project specifications
- Realize tool and services deployments
- Gap analysis on various functional banking domains
- Write and run testing strategy and manage defects
- Conduct training and change management
- Write client presentation, reports and minutes
- Manage end-users support
Organization, project management and implementation :
- Manage and lead projects and programs
- Manage project teams
- Supervise consultants and PMO
- Run and lead prospect phase
- Assist Clients in the definition and implementation of various projects. Potential examples:
o Strategic analysis
o Process modelling, optimization and implementation
o Writeeoperational workflow diagrams
o System configuration
o Tests and defect management
- Manage project risks and issues
- Project management including progress monitoring, risks and challenges identification, decision making and raise of alerts.
- Collaborate with the strategic stakeholders of the Client and continuous progress communication to governing instances (Steering Committees, Comex members, ...).
Communication, contact, moderation or sales:
- Collaborate actively with sales team during sales phases
- Definition of project scope, timeline and budget during the sales process
- Present scenarios and project budgets to Clients
- Change management and trainings
- User support
- Animation of committees / workshops in the framework of project governance
- Liaise with Top Management of Client Banks to monitor their satisfaction on projects
- Report to Azqore Top management on projects
Financial and control activities
- Budget monitoring of the project
- Time-sheets follow-up
- Invoices control
