Activities:

• Ensuring spare parts support for external and internal customers
• Handling all spare parts inquiries, orders, and returns
• Creating and following up on offers
• Processing returns (credit notes and warranty cases)
• Assisting with administrative tasks within the service team
• Responsible, diverse, and interesting tasks in a challenging environment
• Working in a dynamic team
• Performance-oriented, family-like environment characterized by a "du" culture
• Attractive workplace directly on Lake Zurich
• Technical vocational training with commercial further education or commercial training from a technical background
• Communicative personality with high resilience and assertiveness; no fear of contact in telephone and written customer communication.
• Independent, solution- & goal-oriented work
• Very good Office skills, SAP experience is an advantage
• Very good German skills both spoken and written
• French and/or Italian skills (spoken) are an advantage
