Construction and Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent management and comprehensive handling of construction projects up to turnkey handover
• Support of the entire planning team in coordination with project development
• Assistance with the calculation and billing of construction projects to ensure profitability as well as tendering, awarding, coordination, and billing of subcontractor services
• Support for all persons involved in the project (customers, authorities, neighbors, etc.)
• Ensuring project controlling and opportunity, risk, and contract management as well as construction law support

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable degree
• Several years of professional experience as a project/construction manager or construction technician 
• Good knowledge of construction contract law and procurement law
• Willingness to take responsibility as well as an independent and committed working style
• Ideally experience with iTWO
• Good knowledge of MS Office and a class B driving license
