You are a storyteller, coordinator with drive and creative concept developer all in one: as Corporate Communications Manager, you develop strategic communications that bring our values and vision to life. You combine internal and external perspectives, harmonize sustainability, brand and employee perspectives and actively shape the Ricola spirit.
Your mission:
- Storytelling: Tell and write relevant stories about people, herbs, Ricola and our innovations - for internal and external stakeholders - and bring the Ricola brand even more emotionally to life.
- Project management: Support the planning and implementation of corporate projects, e.g. events (such as the Baloise Session), herb gardens or sustainability campaigns.
- Sustainability communication: Bring sustainability to the heart of our communication - together with the sustainability team. Write interesting and relevant stories about it that are in line with our sustainability strategy.
- Corporate content: Create texts and edit content for various formats - from news reports to videos and social posts.
- Channel management: Maintain, manage and develop channels such as the intranet, employee magazine and play an active role in the Communication Hub.
Together we are stronger and more diverse.
- Completed university degree (Uni/FH) - ideally with a focus on communications, business or marketing.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in the field of corporate communications, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent language skills in German and English; French an advantage. Written and spoken.
- Talent for target group-oriented creative content, digital tools and agile working methods.
- Enthusiasm for corporate communication, sustainability and innovation.
- Flair for design and stylish presentation of content
- Openness towards the existing and its evolutionary further development
- Strong ability to work in a team, also beyond your own team
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally
