YOUR SPECIALTY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE
- Answering customer inquiries about cost estimates and repair options for outdoor clothing, backpacks, and tents both in writing and verbally. Your thing.
- Maintaining customer master data and processing orders in the ERP system. You also enjoy that.
- Close exchange with internal and external interfaces. Absolutely.
- Keeping an eye on turnaround times and helping out when things get stuck. It's in your blood.
- Being the contact person for our customers in the Altstetten repair workshop. Your passion.
- Our extensive travel and outdoor range. Your home.
THIS IS YOU
- A completed vocational training, ideally as a commercial clerk EFZ or retail specialist EFZ. You can see that in your profile.
- First experience in customer service or with complaints as well as product knowledge. That's needed.
- Clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication, both written and verbal. Empathy is part of you.
- Your environment describes you as reliable, independent, and communicative. Definitely.
- Working with various systems (such as customer databases, MS Office) and on the PC. You are used to that.
- Being outdoors. Your hobby.

We are organized in circles and use the patterns of Sociocracy 3.0 - this way employees are deployed according to their skills. In the stores in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, St. Gallen, and Winterthur as well as the two outlet stores, there are over 42,000 products from around 550 brands. Should products ever get damaged, we take care of them in one of the three repair workshops.
