About the job
The ALP area offers services in psychiatry for older people. They are specifically aimed at persons aged 65 and over who have mental health problems or are in a crisis.
The somatic focus includes cross-clinic quality development based on current evidence.
We work on the basis of a humanistic, systemic, and holistic understanding of treatment. The further development of the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) role is important to us.

Tasks
- Clinical activity in the field of psychiatry for older people (ALP), professional development of nursing in all ALP settings
- Close cooperation with specialists, ward management, and service management of the wards as well as with the interprofessional team
- Ensuring somatic competencies and quality as well as leading the CADM specialist group and the thematic leaders of somatic care
- Task-related punctual collaboration on the wards to clarify somatic issues and empower nursing teams in close coordination with ward management / nursing management / nursing specialists
Profile
- Solid professional experience in geriatric psychiatry and/or in-depth experience in somatics
- High professional and social skills and very good interprofessional communication skills
- Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for the further development of nursing in psychiatry
- Degree in Master of Nursing Science (focus on Mental Health) or equivalent qualification
