In the heart of the city of Zurich, the Wohnheime im Seefeld offer living and residential space for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities at
various locations.

At the Ottenweg location, people live who require special care and basic nursing due to their degree of disability and age. We are looking for a Team Leader Care (80-90%) starting January 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a residential group in all professional and
  organizational matters
• Support, assistance, and promotion of residents with multiple
  disabilities
• Communication with legal representatives, relatives, and medical
  professionals
• Leadership of a small team
• Responsibility for client and group administration

Your profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
• Completed training as FABE/FAGE or nursing professional
• Leadership experience in a social or nursing environment
• Ability to learn, handle conflicts, and work in a team
• Organizational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience, and humor
