Job Description

Your Tasks

• Ensure professional administration and correspondence related to customers
• Review reports and templates for content plausibility and grammar
• Legally compliant evaluation of test results, completion, summary, and archiving of audit reports
• You prepare offers, agreements, and invoices
• Maintain the digital customer base in the central databases
• Schedule customer appointments
• Responsible for scheduling inspection personnel
• Interface between inspection office, customers, and laboratory; ensuring smooth operation (technical and organizational) of the order
• Preparation of offers, billing of services, and completion of inspection reports
• Further development of our IT-based tools in cooperation with quality assurance and responsibility for maintaining accreditation
• Deputize for the management in their absence

Qualifications

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial basic education and bring 2-3 years of professional experience
• Ideally, you have completed basic training in a food-related company and have initial leadership experience
• You also have very good IT understanding and know-how
• Besides very good German spoken and written, you preferably also speak French
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and enjoyment in building personal customer relationships are among your strengths
• You are also a good organizational talent, reliable, and self-responsible
