Head of URC / Personnel Consultant
Office for Industry, Crafts and Trades and Labor | 80-100% | Samedan
The Office for Industry, Crafts and Trades and Labor (UCIAML) currently employs about 120 collaborators in six regions of the Canton of Graubünden. In addition to managing the Regional Placement Office (URC), we organize active labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. We also carry out various tasks in the labor market and occupational safety sectors.
For the Placement Office section at the URC in Samedan, we are looking for a head of URC / personnel consultant (80-100%) starting February 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Technical and personnel management of the URC in Samedan with a team of about 5 collaborators
- Responsible for advising and placing job seekers
- Supporting job seekers in positioning and reintegration into the labor market
- Developing and defining appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures together with job seekers
- Collaboration with various partner institutions (Social Service Office, AI, etc.)
- Maintaining contacts with employers in the region
- Acquisition of job vacancies
- Professional certificate and several years of professional experience
- Ideally, leadership experience as a team leader
- Federal professional certificate as a human resources specialist or willingness to attend this professional training (alternatively, a professional certificate in social insurance)
- Knowledge of the local labor market
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
- Ability to handle large workloads and possess strong social skills
- Empathetic person capable of supporting people in difficult life situations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of German and Italian as well as good IT skills are assumed
