Key Responsibilities - Management 50%:
- Line management of a team of Supply Chain Coordinators (SCC) for Comparator.
- Ensure that the team’s activities are managed and delegated accordingly.
- Make sure projects are delivered accurately the first time and in accordance with the scope specified in approved contracts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal collaborators to ensure timely delivery and communication.
- Strictly adhere to Fisher systems and SOPs, performing to Fisher Quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities - Operations 50%:
- Manage purchase orders to comparator suppliers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage incoming goods, confirm delivery documentation, and monitor booking and release operations.
- Coordinate distribution orders and outbound shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Manage customer concerns and closely monitor issues at the end of each month, quarter, and year.
- Collect and manage freight estimates.
- Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices and issuance of client invoices.
- Coordinate with Finance and raise concerns internally as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educated to Degree level in a related field (e.g., supply chain, logistics, business) or equivalent education with significant commercial content.
- Proven people leadership with hands-on experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Industry background in pharma or closely related environments (e.g. supply chain/transportation serving pharma or food industry), with solid knowledge of GMP / GDP regulatory frameworks.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a strong plus.
- Passion for process innovation, continuously challenging the status quo and translating new ideas into smarter, more efficient ways of working.
- Switch into an EMEA remote role (no relo support offered) with a very limited number of business travel requirements expected during the year.
