To complement our purchasing team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a strategically thinking, committed personality who is responsible for purchasing and leads a small team of 2 employees.
Procurement Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Here you will be bursting with enthusiasm:
- You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of our B and C suppliers as well as ensuring optimal product availability
- Negotiation of terms, prices, and delivery agreements with B and C suppliers
- Active management of delivery readiness with the goal of 97% assortment availability
- Control and optimization of ordering processes with Netstock
- Monitoring of inventory levels, forecasts, and replenishment planning
- Leadership and development of a team of two employees
- Close collaboration with category management, sales, logistics, and finance
- Identification of savings potential and continuous improvement of purchasing performance
This is what you have in your assortment:
- Commercial basic training with further education in purchasing (e.g., purchasing specialist with federal diploma, higher commercial school or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in an international environment
- Interest in wine, spirits, and consumer goods
- Experience in import, customs clearance, and transport organization
- Very good ERP knowledge (ideally SAP) and confident handling of Excel
- Very good German and English skills (Italian and Spanish are an advantage)
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident in negotiation, assertive, and at the same time team-oriented
