The Migration Office is a modern administrative unit of the Canton of Thurgau and performs various administrative tasks related to migration law and federal identity card legislation.

We are looking for a program manager for the Cantonal Integration Program starting February 1, 2026.

• Development and implementation of the cantonal integration program in cooperation with the federal government.
• Leading a small team
• Organization and leadership of the cantonal coordination committee for integration
• Preparation of service contracts and process descriptions for the implementation of measures
• Project activities for the development and adjustment of measures
• Review of project funding applications
• Responsibility for reporting and controlling
• Preparation of reports, assessments, and decision-making bases

• Completed studies or comparable tertiary education
• Excellent, precise written communication skills
• Sense for the political contexts of integration work and cooperation with municipalities
• Experience in professional and personnel management
• Strong communication skills
• Flair for finance and controlling
• Proven experience in project management
• Knowledge of the Thurgau administrative structure is an advantage
