What you can achieve
- Collaboration and independent advancement of projects within the clinic
- Monitoring and controlling of department-specific budgets (e.g., third-party funds, project budget)
- Preparation of evaluations and reports for financial management
- Preparation of decision-making bases and presentations
- Independent handling of the clinic director's email correspondence as well as maintenance and management of documents, files, and internal communication
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or business administration training or a bachelor's degree in a university subject, ideally with further training in project management
- Experience in an administrative or project-related environment, preferably in healthcare or university settings
- Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High social competence, discretion, and communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
