Your role
As Facility Manager Zurich at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an ambitious individual who is seeking to contribute to the Bank's success and provide excellent services to the Bank.
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical facility services as well as physical security services
- Support the facility administration
- Provide stand-by-duty (7x24h)
- Support and accompany external companies
- Assist on postal services
- Help with material logistics
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as Facility Manager, Maintenance Planner, HLKS Specialist or similar apprenticeship
- 5-10 years of practical experience in the field of Facility Services
- Experience in physical security services
- Hands-on team player with the ability to work with various stakeholder
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to weight problems and set priorities as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Fluency in German and very good command in English
