Head of Self-Service Area Free-Flow Restaurant 100% (m | f | d) Winter 2025_2026

Your tasks:

• Operational and business management of the self-service area in the free-flow restaurant.
• Leadership, development, and planning of approximately 5-8 employees.
• Active participation at the cash register, buffet, and bar.
• Ensuring an appealing sales and dining area.
• Competent handling of complaints and special requests from guests, even when challenging.
• Daily quality and standard checks.
• Active contribution of improvements.
• Continuous development of gastronomy offerings to meet the changing needs of guests.

Your profile:

• Strong stress resistance and ability to act calmly and thoughtfully in hectic times.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy to appropriately address guests even in difficult situations.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of quality.
• Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership experience and foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Host qualities with a strong customer orientation.
