Your tasks:
- Operational and business management of the self-service area in the free-flow restaurant.
- Leadership, development, and planning of approximately 5-8 employees.
- Active participation at the cash register, buffet, and bar.
- Ensuring an appealing sales and dining area.
- Competent handling of complaints and special requests from guests, even when challenging.
- Daily quality and standard checks.
- Active contribution of improvements.
- Continuous development of gastronomy offerings to meet the changing needs of guests.
Your profile:
- Strong stress resistance and ability to act calmly and thoughtfully in hectic times.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy to appropriately address guests even in difficult situations.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of quality.
- Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership experience and foreign language skills are an advantage.
