Your Tasks
- You develop the role of the APN Haemato-Oncology interprofessionally and according to evidence-based and common practice
- The focus of your area of activity is on patients with multiple myeloma undergoing high-dose therapy (autologous stem cell transplantation or CAR-T cell therapy)
- You advise patients, relatives, and the interprofessional team in your function as APN Haemato-Oncology
- You work in a consultation setting together with the medical service and take over the counselling of patients with multiple myeloma regarding side effect management
- You support direct clinical practice in both outpatient and inpatient haemato-oncological settings
- You create and update specialised SOPs, instructions, and concepts in collaboration with specialist/nursing experts and other professional groups
- You prepare for internal and external audits and participate in them
- You are part of the competence team/ANP Oncology team and work closely with other APN roles as well as experts in oncology and the palliative care service
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in oncology or haematology
- Master of Science in Nursing or currently studying
- Interest in an APN role, its development, and the necessary interprofessional collaboration
- Professional demeanour and enthusiasm for the further development of the specialist fields within an interprofessional team
